The new Eclipse Low Emission Stainless Steel Air Heat gas burners are line burners used to generate volumes of clean, hot air. They are ideal for the food, textiles and automotive industry. Applications include ovens, dryers, fume incineration and similar industrial equipment

The newly designed Version 2 Stainless Steel Air Heat Burner offers significant improvements in the reduction of CO emissions. especially at low fire, staying well below the TA-Luft requirements over a 9:1 turndown range.

This is MUCH LOWER than the CO emissions of other like burners in the marketplace,

• The gas burner can be direct spark ignited and does not require low-fire bypass air, eliminating the need for piping and a check valve.
• It has a simplified setup with pressure taps for gas, air and chamber.
• It has inputs up to 1.0MM Btu/hr/LF.
• The gas burner operates on any commercially available gas including natural gas, propane, butane and propane/butane mixtures.
• Gas burner mounting arrangements include duct mounting, slot firing and sealed flange mounting with insertion depths of up to 15cm.
